Castings

Castings is an invitation to explore the uses of sacred space. It also provides enough theory so that the mechanisms of magick are understandable, and describes the protocols needed to use more than a dozen different castings. The castings range from variations on the Quarters-called cicrle, so broadly used in the West, to rare and powerful castings such as the Triangle of Stillness. For the beginner, this book should serve as a solid foundation for developing proficiency in the first and most important part of magick: movement into higher realms and sacred space. For the long-time practitioner this book should renew and refresh the sense of possibility and wonder that is central to magick by suggesting new nuances. Although from a decidedly Wiccan perspective, Castings was written to be inclusive and supportive of all positive spiritual paths.
